J.D. Power and Associates has again named Keller Williams Realty, Inc. as having the highest overall satisfaction from home buyers and sellers among the largest full-service real estate firms.

Steve Rumberg, co-founder, president, and broker associate of three Keller Williams offices in the Bay Area said, "We are incredibly proud of earning this distinction. The study was produced by J.D. Power and Associates to measure home buyers and sellers customer satisfaction. The results were determined by factors including the client’s experience with their agent, the real estate office and a variety of additional services.
